- When booking for children under 18 years, a government-issued ID/passport is required at the time of entrance. Failure to bring an ID with you can result in the security staff refusing you entrance to the monument.
- Tours will run rain or shine.
- No shows/late arrivals will not be refunded.
- Depending on the reservation time, the tour route may start in the Roman Forum/Palatine Hill.
- Only small bags/backpacks are allowed. No bags with wheels are permitted.
- Glass containers, aerosol sprays and weapons are not permitted.
- Covid safety measures have increased the time for security checks. The security check line is required for all visitors and cannot be skipped.
Getting There

- By Car: Park it nearby. However, it is better to take public transit because of the traffic and parking limitations,
- By Taxi or Ride-Sharing: Taxis and ride-sharing services like Uber are available in Rome. Make careful to confirm the fare with the driver before beginning your journey.
