Bookings cancelled more than 24 hours prior to the starting time will receive a full refund. To cancel your booking, simply login or create an account on the website. You will need to use the same email address you provided when booking your activity. All the information you need can be found in your voucher.

In the event that your activity has been cancelled as a preventative measure, our team will contact you and process a full refund.

Please refer to your booking voucher to find the details of your cancellation options. It is policy that a full refund is available for all bookings, as long as you cancel more than 24 hours before your activity start time.

  • Your local partner is in charge of your activity and you can find their contact details on your booking voucher.
  • Contact your local partner if you have questions regarding directions to the meeting point or about the specific details of your activity.
  • Each activity page has a detailed description of what is included in the price of an activity, as well as what is not included.

To create a personalized activity, simply contact us. We can organize with a local partner to help customize bookings for large groups or private parties.

  • When booking your activity, you are able to choose the start time of your experience. The duration of the activity is also clearly stated on the local partner’s activity page.
  • After you have booked your activity, the duration and start time can be found on your booking voucher.

An availability calendar is featured on each experience page. This will show you what days the activity is available. Keep in mind, when an activity has limited spots, it might not be possible to book if the number in your party is more than the spots available.

  • Changing bookings or adding options to your booking can only be done by canceling your current booking and rebooking to the activity/options you desire.
  • Prior to considering this option, be sure to check that canceling your current booking is possible. This information can be found in your booking voucher.
  • Contact details can be updated by directly notifying your local partner. Your booking voucher includes the contact information for your local partner.
  • Depending on the activity booked, local partners require certain information. This can include date of birth (especially important if discounts are available for children).
  • The date and/or time of your booking can be changed by logging in to your account.
  • Any change of date or time must be made at least 24 hours prior to the start time of your activity.
  • Adding or removing participants can only be done by canceling your current booking and rebooking with the correct number of participants.
  • If you are adding participants, make sure to check that the activity is available for the total number of participants.

The meeting point for your activity can be found on your booking summary as well as your booking voucher.

A booking voucher will be sent to the email address provided after your payment has been confirmed.

Booking vouchers are needed when you check in at your activity. It is best to either print your voucher or save the voucher to your smartphone. Make sure you will have access to your booking voucher even when you are offline.

Booking voucher emails can sometimes be found in your spam folder. If you cannot find your booking voucher in your inbox, be sure to check your spam folder.
