Natalia is warm and friendly, and loves sharing about her hometown of Rome. She's knowledgable, fun, funny, considerate, courteous, professional, and will ensure you'll learn about imperial Rome. I'd be delighted to do another tour with her. The driver, Claudio was excellent as well.
The guide at the catacombs was wonderful, and kept things moving which was helpful for those in our group who manage claustrophobia.
Outstanding, perfect location for Vatican City and close to metro to get anywhere in Rome. Each and every staff member were so welcoming, kind, friendly and knowledgeable for the area and all of Rome. Large room for price and location. Great amenities, I felt extremely welcomed. When I return I will definitely stay here again!
